It's been a week now since my operation and I have just returned from my first check up. All is apparently going well, which is good news. Sutures out next week. I am very pleased when I look in the mirror and see no sagging neck and jowls. I am still bruised and sleeping upright hasn't been a picnic but its definitely worth it!

Fantastic, Amir is a excellent people person, immediately he put me at ease by explaining fully what would happen. I chatted with Joy throughout and Amir joined in. It was a pleasurable experience and I will definitely return for more cosmetic surgery once I get nearer my goal weight.
